Your Path to Becoming an HMIS Super User
The quality of data is essential to the work being done in our community. By mastering the HMIS, you move beyond simple data entry to understanding how to effectively communicate the success of your programs.
Our training curriculum is designed to help staff at all levels enhance their understanding of data collection, performance measurement, and system design.
Beyond software functionality, these courses ensure every user is equipped to protect client privacy through state-of-the-art security features and rigorous standards.
Training
Welcome to Clarity HMIS!
All new Clarity Human Services HMIS users are required to attend HMIS Essentials: New User Training before they will be granted access to the system. This session is offered on the first Thursday of each month and is your starting point for mastering Clarity Human Services. We’ll cover core system navigation ensuring you confidently and securely manage data.
New users must then submit a completed End User Agreement to support@bitfocus.com. Once training attendance has been verified, a new user account will be created. The user will receive log-in credentials from the Bitfocus Help Desk.
